Though all of the designs and concepts for the Morocco Pavilion were created by Walt Disney Imagineering, the actual artwork and decorations were produced by Moroccan artisans who worked onsite for over six months, adding to the authenticity of the World Showcase pavilion. Created by artist Eric Tan, this print features the pavilion's replica of the Bab Bou Jeloud gate in the city of Fez and the bustling marketplace to which it leads.

Eric Tan grew up in the sleepy town of San Diego raised on a steady diet of Disney animation and Star Wars films. His passion for drawing and painting led him to attend Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. For the past 20 years, Eric has been an artist for Disney Consumer Products team creating merchandise graphics for Disney, Pixar, Lucasfilm, and Marvel. He resides in the tiny city of Sierra Madre, California with his wife, Stacey, son, Charley, and cat, Ramona.
